- How do i place an order? To ensure the highest level of service and security, all orders are exclusively processed through our official website.

-Can I modify or cancel my order? Because we begin processing orders immediately, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to make an update, email yn@yolanda-nichole.com witin 24 hours of placing your order- we'll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping & Delivery
-What shipping options are available? We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
-Do you offer international shipping? We currently only ship US orders.
-How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
-What should I do if my order is delayed? If your tracking hasn't updated within 3-5 business days or your order is past the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at yn@yolanda-nichole.comwe're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
-What is your return policy? Due to the nature of swimwear and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing, or reach out with sizing questions.
-How do I start a return or exchange? At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at yn@yolanda-nichole.com.
-When will i receive my refund? Refunds are only issued in the rare event of an order error or damaged item. If approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

-Are your pieces limited edition? Our collection features a mix of timeless staples and exclusive limited-edition pieces. Availability may vary -- once a limited piece is gone, it wont return.
